Curious about Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)? Join MRPA President Carrie Sprinkle on September 1 from 11:00 a.m. to noon for "What Are PLCs and Why Are They Important?"

This engaging introductory session will explore the purpose of PLCs, how they encourage collaboration and professional growth, and the important role they play in strengthening connections across Maryland's parks and recreation community.

Whether you're new to PLCs or looking for ways to become more involved, this is the perfect place to start. Come learn how PLCs create opportunities to share ideas, build relationships, and connect with professionals who are passionate about advancing the parks and recreation profession. We hope you'll join us as we kick off this exciting initiative!
