Professional Development Scholarship

This scholarship program offers assistance to professionals in expanding their industry knowledge and achieving career goals.

The scholarship can be used to attend any local, regional, or national park and recreation-related educational training events

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Currently employed as a professional in the parks, recreation, and leisure field in the state of Maryland.
Applicants must be a current member of the Maryland Recreation and Parks Association.
A letter of recommendation from your organization’s director or immediate supervisor
