Eligibility: The Board of Directors shall be comprised of the Officers all of whom shall be Active Members of the Corporation. Membership on the Board of Directors shall be consistent with the definition of membership classification as stated in the By-Laws.
Nomination Process:

- Self-nomination
- Nominating another member
Submission Deadline: All nominations must be submitted by the close of the Winter General Membership Meeting. A date is TBD.

Voting Process: Once nominations are closed, members will receive information on the voting process to elect the new Board members.
