Nominations are judged on what you provide to the Awards Committee.
The quality and presentation of the submission is extremely important! Explain in detail why the nomination is deserving of the award. Read each criterion very carefully to make sure your nominee meets all the criteria and requirements. The Committee has the right to place a nomination in categories other than the one(s) intended, or refer to a branch for consideration. This will depend on appropriateness of nomination.
