We are looking forward to getting together with thousands of fellow park and recreation professionals at the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) Annual Conference in Dallas, Texas on October 10-12.

If you act soon, you can take advantage of the early bird discount. Register on the NRPA site: https://www.nrpa.org/conference/registration/

For more than 50 years, the NRPA Annual Conference has been the premier meeting of the park and recreation community. During the Annual Conference, you will:

  • Learn from people who get it while earning CEUs. You will hear from people who experience the same challenges you do – and learn actionable solutions you can take back to your own community. NRPA offers hundreds of CEU sessions. From entry-level courses to advanced learning opportunities, you will find exactly what you need to grow.
  • Meet and enjoy networking together. NRPA is scheduling many opportunities to connect and help grow community with other professionals.
  • Find products and services to help you solve everyday challenges. From full playgrounds to live software demonstrations, more than 400 partners and vendors will set up booths and interactive exhibits at the Exhibit Hall.

By coming together to network with, learn from and celebrate each other, we can truly build places Where Community Grows.

The early bird discount ends on August 25, 2023. Please register here to join us in Dallas: https://www.nrpa.org/conference/registration/

BECOME A CAPRA VOLUNTEER TODAY!

Serving as a one of NRPA’s Commission for Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies (CAPRA) visitors is a great way to professionally develop within parks and recreation. CAPRA volunteers have the opportunity to visit agencies and solidify personal recognition of the defined standards of excellence that accredited park and recreation agencies are held accountable to. CAPRA volunteers also become a part of a broader network of professionals that understand the benefits of accreditation for park and recreation agencies and are trained to bring back these standards to their own agencies.
