32nd Cultural Arts Showcase

(Visual, Literary, and Performing Artists)

A program presented by Howard County Arts Council (HCAC) and the Recreation & Leisure Service (RALS) Branch of the MD Recreation & Parks Association.

Date: February 21, 2024 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM 

Location: Howard County Center for the Arts (8510 High Ridge Rd, Ellicott City, MD 21043)

The Cultural Arts Showcase designed to assist school and civic organizations in identifying visual, literary and performing artists for workshops, performances, demonstrations, and in-school residencies. This is an opportunity to network with talented teaching artists who will tailor educational programming to meet audience needs.

SHOWCASE SCHEDULE

• 8:30AM – 9:30AM Sign-in, complimentary coffee & donuts, view artist displays
• 9:30AM – 12:00PM Showcase Performances
• 12:00PM – 1:00PM Lunch (1 Lunch Voucher is included per individual registration)
• 1:00PM – 3:30PM Showcase Performances

Breaks are scheduled at 10:40 AM and 2:10 PM as an opportunity to visit with artists at their displays.

COST (Includes performances, lunch, resource materials, and the Artist Directory)

• General Admission: $28.00
• PTA or MRPA Member: $25.00
• Child: $7.50

2. Follow the online instructions and be sure to include names of all individuals for whom you are registering.
3. You will receive a confirmation once you have registered.

TO REGISTER BY PHONE:

1. Call 410-313-2787 and ask about registering for the Cultural Arts Showcase.
2. Have your credit card ready.
3. If paying by check, registrations can still be reserved in advance while you mail the check.

TO REGISTER BY MAIL:

1. Fill out the application form below.
2. Include a check made out to Howard County Arts Council and mail both to the following address:
