In the Spirit of a Trying the Distances needed to do a Triathalon just over the course of a month period.
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just curious about triathlons, this event is designed for everyone to enjoy the thrill of a triathlon in a friendly environment. We’ve taken traditional sprint triathlon distances to make them accessible, fun, and inclusive, using the beautiful spaces throughout your Anne Arundel County Recreation and Parks.
Swim -.5 Miles (16.5 laps or 33 lengths) at Arundel Olympic Swim Center or North Arundel Aquatic Center
Bike- 12.4 Miles on the Baltimore & Annapolis Trail
Walk/Run - 3.1 Miles =5K at Quiet Waters Park,Beverly Triton Park or Downs Park
Event starts November 1 and goes through Nov 30th
All Parks and Facilites are closed Thanksgiving Day November 27,2025
Pools Are Closed November 26,27&28 2025
Fee includes:
One Entry to Park to enter into Quiet Waters, Downs Park or Beverly Triton
One Admission into either Arundel Olympic Swim Center or North Arundel Aquatic Center
You will be able to pick up your Race Packet the last week of October from Starting October 25th - October 31st.
Each package will contain instructions, passes for park and pool,and a way to submit your accomplishments back to recieve a completion challenger coin.
No refunds will be granted for this event.
