Presenter: Nancy Schmid possesses over thirty years of success leading, managing, executing, and launching innovative, award-winning digital solutions that solve problems and promote government efficiency.  Ms. Schmid has held leadership positions at Tyler Technologies in both South Carolina and Maryland.  Before joining Tyler Technologies, Ms. Schmid worked in the public sector in the municipal, county, and federal arenas.
