Booth Sharing Policy!

Exhibitors are welcome to share a booth space with another company or organization. However, one exhibitor must register as the primary booth holder and submit full payment for the booth.

Any cost-sharing or payment arrangements between companies are the responsibility of the participating exhibitors. MRPA will not split booth fees, process partial payments, or invoice multiple companies for a shared booth.

Full payment is due at the time of registration. If planning to pay by check, please contact the MRPA office at info@mdrpa.org.
